Our opinion
Full of character, this is an appealing property with plenty of potential. The current owners use the main chalet for themselves whilst renting out the apartments for an income, but it could be reconfigured as one, large property of 260m². This is a quiet and sunny area of Morzine with beautiful views and easy access into the centre.

The chalet is just 2 km from Morzine, a 25 minute walk away but also on a bus route 50m away. It is set in an older quarter of Morzine in a peaceful residential area. There is a boulangerie 5 minutes walk away.
