Our opinion
Cocon is a very well-located chalet with excellent access to the centre of Morzine and up to Avoriaz. The combination of gardens, views and proximity to the centre makes this an appealing property, equally suited to personal use or rental.

Location
The chalet is in the heart of the hamlet of Les Udrezants, at the start of the Prodains valley leading to the Avoriaz lifts. The hamlet is a 15 minute walk into the very centre of Morzine, with bus stops nearby (250m, 3 minute walk) on Route des Ardoisières leading up to the Avoriaz lifts and to the main Morzine lifts.
