Our opinion
This is a quality build in an excellent position, just 200 metres from the footbridge into the centre and to the Super Morzine lift. Consequently, it has strong rental/investment potential as well as an obvious appeal as a residence.

Beauregard B001 is just to the north-east of the town centre, on the south-west facing slopes of the highly sought-after Encoches area of Morzine. It is just under 200 metres from the Passerelle Baud footbridge, leading right into the centre as well as to the Super Morzine lift. There is also a bus stop close to the residence, giving easy access to the slopes and everything Morzine has to offer.
